The story of BestHome began in 2004 in Alanya, with the decision of two visionary entrepreneurs who approached residential development not merely as a commercial activity, but as a human-centered, respect-driven concept of living aligned with European standards. Their ambition to combine Turkish hospitality with European service discipline soon evolved into a strong vision that positioned BestHome beyond the local market. As of the same year, BestHome took its place on the international stage by representing Türkiye at real estate exhibitions held in Denmark and Norway.
2005
In 2005, BestHome Resort, developed in collaboration with Danish investors, became one of the brand’s first signature projects, marking the beginning of the Scandinavian market’s strategic importance for BestHome.
2006–2007
Completed between 2006 and 2007, BestHome Residence 1 & 2, along with Tofko and Tepe Villas, clearly defined the brand’s architectural language and quality standards, accelerating its expansion into the Norwegian and United Kingdom markets.
2008–2009
In 2008–2009, anticipating the growing demand from Russian-speaking investors, BestHome introduced the concept of accessible luxury to Alanya through centrally located developments. The BestHome City series, realized through the transformation of a hotel, elevated comfort and quality in urban living to a new level.
2011–2012
Developed between 2011 and 2012, BestHome City 3–6, BestHome 7 Comfort, and BestHome 8 High set new standards in the industry not only architecturally but also technically. Double brick wall systems, innovative kitchen designs, and functional living plans became the defining features of this period. During the same timeframe, the company structure was streamlined, enabling BestHome’s vision to continue advancing under unified and strong leadership.
2013–2014
In 2013–2014, while maintaining its strong position in Alanya, BestHome entered the Iranian market. Through VIP-concept projects featuring private sunbathing areas, monumental olive trees, and a distinctive landscaping approach, the brand transformed luxury into a comprehensive lifestyle concept extending beyond interiors.
2016
Launched in 2016, BestHome Cleopatra Select became one of the projects symbolizing the brand’s accumulated expertise and reputation, while also serving as a gateway to the U.S. market.
2018
Completed in 2018, Alanya Towers established BestHome as a benchmark in the market with its architecture, scale, and the standard of living it offers. The project became a representative of a “living complex” concept that would serve as a reference in the industry for many years.
2019–2020
During 2019–2020, despite global and regional uncertainties, BestHome maintained its steady growth with projects such as Cleopatra Legacy and Cleopatra Exclusive. Continuing its development activities even throughout the pandemic, the brand clearly demonstrated its resilience and long-term vision.

2021
As of 2021, BestHome assumed a role in revitalizing existing assets by transforming underutilized apart-hotel structures into high-quality residential properties.

2022–2023
In 2022–2023, numerous projects delivered simultaneously and in a planned manner reinforced BestHome’s operational strength and delivery discipline.
2024
By 2024, with projects such as The Legend, Epic, Diva, Gardenia, Excellence, and Privilege, BestHome reached a total of 46 developments, establishing itself as a strong brand that continues to create not only residences but also sustainable living environments for the future.

2025 - 2026
The development of the Cleopatra Solo and Cleopatra Glory projects has commenced.
